Project Development
Provide Conceptual Plant Design supported by Pre-Feasibility Study to verify the projects viability.
Prepare the Project Description, Project Information Memorandum and the Technical Specification, using project specific data and realistic assumptions, for the EPC Contractors to be used for their proposals.
Provide Technical and Commercial Evaluations of EPC Bids with performance analysis to verify the feasibility of the project.

EPC Contracting
Provide technical and commercial Advisory Services for the preparation of the EPC proposal and prepare Life Cycle Costs Evaluations for different alternative proposals to create the most competitive offer for submittal to the Project Owner.
Assist in the selection of major Equipment Suppliers and Sub-Contractors.
Assist / Facilitate the negotiations with the Project Owner and Equipment Suppliers / Sub-Contractors.

Business Development
Advise and Facilitate Equipment Suppliers and Sub-Contractors in formulating their Business Strategy and Business Plan to ensure that the business realizes its full potential.
Develop a Business Growth Plan to ensure a sustainable revenue income in the future business.
Assist in developing the sales organization into successful Sales Teams to handle sales projects.
